Position Overview:
The Distribution Administrator’s primary function is to perform the clerical and administrative support functions related to KB Pension Services, Inc. client services as directed by those professional staff members responsible for service completion.
Performance is evaluated based on quality, timeliness and accuracy of work.
Essential Functions:

Other Functions:
1. Develops an understanding of and adheres to Firm policies and procedures including (as appropriate) Firm’s Quality Control document.
2. Pursues training and upgrading of skills, including Firm software and Microsoft
Office programs, etc.
3. Has a basic knowledge and understanding of the services and products offered by the Group.
4. Performs other duties as may be assigned.
Required Experience and Skills:
1. Minimum of 2-4 years experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, Call
Center Representative or similar position. Previous experience in benefits administration preferred.
2. Solid knowledge of Excel, Word and Adobe as well as the ability to learn other programs including database, e-mail, benefits administration, and calendar software.
3. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
4. Conducts himself/herself with integrity in a responsible, professional manner and appearance.
5. Excellent organizational skills.
Educational Requirements:
1. Minimum of a high school education required. Some college education or secondary training preferred.
Working Requirements:
1. Occasional travel for business and staff meetings or to attend seminars using a personal vehicle is likely.
2. Overtime work throughout the year as projects and busy seasons require is likely.
Safety:
1. Minimal hazards.
2. General office working conditions.
3. May be required to lift files/boxes in the range of 10-20 pounds.
